1. Acknowledgment of Filming and Photography

By using Playglow or attending any event listed on the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded

• Such recording may occur at events, in public or private venues

• Recording may be conducted by hosts, other users, or Playglow representatives

You understand that Playglow does not control all recording activity by third parties.

2. Grant of Rights

You grant Playglow LLC and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:

• Use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance

• Reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative content

• Publish content in any format or media

This includes use for:

• In-app content (e.g., Glowboard)

• Social media and marketing

• Promotional campaigns

• Future media productions

3. No Compensation

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are not entitled to any payment, royalties, or compensation

• You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such content

4. User-Generated Content

If you upload or share content on Playglow:

• You confirm that you have the rights to share that content

• You are responsible for obtaining consent from any individuals featured

• You grant Playglow the right to use that content as described in these Terms

Playglow is not responsible for obtaining consent on your behalf.

5. Third-Party Recording

You acknowledge that:

• Other users or hosts may capture and share content

• Such content may be posted on Playglow or external platforms

Playglow is not responsible for:

• Third-party recordings

• Use or distribution of such content outside the Platform

6. Public Setting Acknowledgment

You understand that many events may occur in:

• Public venues

• Social environments

• Group settings

In such environments, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed.

7. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Playglow from any claims related to:

• Use of your likeness, image, or voice

• Distribution or publication of content

• Any perceived invasion of privacy or publicity rights

8. Opt-Out and Content Removal

If you believe content featuring you should be removed, you may contact:

support@playglow.app

Playglow may review requests at its discretion but is not obligated to remove content unless required by law.

9. Binding Agreement

This consent:

• Applies to all events and platform use

• Is binding upon you and your legal representatives

• Continues indefinitely unless otherwise required by law

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By using Playglow or attending events, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Media and Filming Consent

• You voluntarily agree to its terms

• You understand that your likeness may be used without compensation
