1. Acknowledgment of Independent Events

I understand and agree that:

• Playglow is a technology platform only

• All events listed on Playglow are organized and operated by independent third-party hosts

• Playglow does not organize, host, manage, supervise, or control any event

I acknowledge that Playglow is not responsible for any aspect of events or participant conduct.

2. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily choose to participate in events listed on Playglow.

I understand that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury, illness, or death

• Strains, sprains, fractures, or other injuries from physical activity

• Property damage, theft, or loss

• Risks associated with venues, equipment, or environmental conditions

• Interactions with other participants

I acknowledge that these risks may arise from:

• My own actions

• The actions or negligence of other participants or hosts

• The condition of facilities or equipment

I freely and knowingly assume all such risks.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby:

• Release, waive, and discharge Playglow LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses.

This includes claims arising from:

• Personal injury or death

• Property damage or loss

• Negligence or other acts

This release applies whether the claim arises before, during, or after participation in any event.

4. No Responsibility for Hosts or Participants

I acknowledge that:

• Hosts are independent individuals or entities

• Playglow does not vet, screen, or verify hosts or participants

• Playglow does not guarantee safety, behavior, or event quality

I accept full responsibility for:

• My decision to attend

• My interactions with others

5. Responsibility for Personal Safety

I agree to:

• Exercise reasonable judgment and caution

• Comply with all applicable laws and venue rules

• Use appropriate equipment where applicable

I understand that Playglow does not provide supervision, safety personnel, or insurance.

6. Medical Acknowledgment

I confirm that:

• I am physically and mentally able to participate in activities I choose

• I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation, or I assume all risks related to such conditions

I understand that:

• Playglow does not provide medical advice or services

• Emergency response is not guaranteed

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playglow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• My participation in events

• My actions or conduct

• Any injury or damage I cause to others

8. Binding Agreement

I agree that:

• This waiver is binding upon me and my heirs, representatives, and assigns

• This waiver applies to all events I attend through Playglow, now and in the future

9. Governing Law

This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By RSVPing to an event or participating in any activity listed on Playglow, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understood this Liability Waiver

• I voluntarily agree to its terms

• I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue
